Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, guests will be warmly welcomed by a Goreto Treks representative at the airport and transferred to their hotel. The afternoon is free to relax or visit the Goreto Treks office for any questions or final preparations. In the evening, guests will enjoy a special welcome dinner hosted by Goreto Treks, featuring authentic Nepalese cuisine and traditional cultural dance performances, offering a vibrant introduction to Nepal's rich heritage.

Drive to Pokhara 800m
The journey to Pokhara begins around 7:30 AM, following a scenic route along the Trisuli and Marsyangdi Rivers, both renowned for white-water rafting.
Pokhara is celebrated for its stunning views of the Himalayas, including Annapurna, Machapuchare (Fishtail) to the north, Dhaulagiri to the west, and Lamjung Himal and Manaslu to the east. After approximately seven hours on the road, you’ll arrive in this picturesque city, known for its tranquil lakes, caves, and sacred Hindu and Buddhist temples. Enjoy a relaxing evening strolling along the lakeside before settling in for the night at your hotel in Pokhara.

Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga (1575m)
Our trek begins with a scenic one-hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul in a private vehicle. From Nayapul, a brief 15-minute walk along the banks of the Modi Khola brings us to Birethanti (1,015m), a bustling village with numerous shops and teahouses. The trail then follows the northern bank of the Bhurungdi Khola, gradually ascending through lush landscapes. We climb steadily along the valley to reach Hille (1,495m), and after a short ascent, arrive at Tikhedhunga (1,575m). Today’s trek is relatively short and gentle, serving as a comfortable introduction to the Annapurna region.

Trek to Ghorepani 2875m
Today’s trek begins with a steep ascent for the first two hours, followed by a more gradual climb as we pass through the picturesque village of Ulleri (2,070m) and continue onward to Banthanti. Along the way, we are rewarded with breathtaking views of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail, 6,997m), Hiunchuli (6,441m), and Annapurna South (7,219m).
As we progress, the trail becomes more gentle, winding through serene rhododendron forests filled with birdsong, creating a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere. We continue our gradual ascent until we reach our destination for the day.

Early morning hike to Poonhill then to Chuile 2350m
Today, we ascend to one of the most iconic viewpoints in the Annapurna region—Poon Hill (3,210m), named after the Poon community, a subgroup of the Magar ethnic group. The early morning hike up the steep trail rewards us with breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan giants, including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Tukuche Peak (6,920m), Nilgiri (6,940m), Varaha Shikhar/Annapurna Fang (7,847m), Mt. Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Annapurna III (7,855m), Machhapuchhare (6,993m), Annapurna IV (7,525m), Annapurna II (7,937m), and Lamjung Himal (6,931m).
After capturing unforgettable sunrise moments and mountain vistas, we return to Ghorepani for breakfast. The trek then continues toward Tadapani (2,640m), passing through Deurali (2,960m) and Banthanti. Along the way, we descend through enchanting rhododendron forests, cross picturesque waterfalls, and eventually reach Chuile.

Trek to Sinuwa 2300m
From Chuile, we descend through dense rhododendron forests to reach the Kimrong Khola. After crossing the river, we make our way to Gurjung village and continue onward to Chhomrong (2,140m), where we pause for lunch. Chhomrong offers spectacular views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and the pristine peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail), set against the backdrop of terraced hillsides and traditional village life.
As the largest Gurung settlement in the region, Chhomrong provides a rich cultural experience in addition to its scenic beauty. Afterwards, we continue our journey with a gradual ascent to Sinuwa.

Trek to Deurali 3200m
We begin our day with a gentle trek through serene bamboo forests interspersed with vibrant rhododendron and oak trees, gradually making our way along one of the most scenic routes toward Annapurna Base Camp. The trail then ascends to Hinko Cave (3,160m)—a large overhanging rock that offers natural shelter from rain and potential avalanches.
From Hinko Cave, a steady 25-minute ascent leads us to Deurali (3,230m). The day’s trek takes approximately four hours in total, allowing ample time to enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Trek to ABC 4130m
Today’s journey takes you to the heart of the Annapurna region, passing through Machhapuchhare Base Camp (MBC)—a spectacular site encircled by towering peaks. From MBC, a two-hour trek leads to the awe-inspiring Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) at an elevation of 4,130 meters.
Upon arrival, you'll have ample time to explore, take in the breathtaking surroundings, and relax amidst the majestic Himalayas—an experience that truly feels like a slice of heaven on earth.

Trek Back Bamboo 2325m
Rise early to witness a breathtaking sunrise framed by majestic mountain vistas. Today, we retrace our steps along the same trail, descending approximately 1,700 meters to the banks of the Modi Khola River, arriving at Bamboo (2,345m). Bamboo offers several comfortable teahouses and lodges for your overnight stay.

Trek to Jhinu (Hotspring) 1700m
The trail continues to Jhinu Danda, a small hilltop area known for its natural hot springs. From there, the route leads through Khuldi Ghar to Sinuwa Hill, before ascending to Chhomrong village. After lunch, we descend for approximately two hours to Jhinu, where you can relax with a soothing soak in the natural hot springs.

Trek and Drive back to Pokhara
After a few hours of trekking, we will drive to Pokhara and check into your hotel. You will have the opportunity to explore the city’s main attractions, including Fewa Lake, the Peace Stupa, David’s Falls, and the Mountain Museum. We will visit as many sites as time permits. In the evening, you may choose to host a fully sponsored farewell dinner to celebrate your successful completion of the trek and to honour your dedicated staff.

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6-7 hrs)
Travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist vehicle, a scenic journey of approximately seven hours. Along the route, you will pass through Damauli, Dumre, Muglin, and Kurintar—home to Nepal’s first cable car, which provides access to the Manakamana Temple. Enjoy stunning mountain vistas, lush green landscapes, and terraced rice paddies, and observe local life unfolding in the vibrant farming communities.
From Naubise, the road ascends to Thankot, the gateway to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you may take a stroll around Thamel, the bustling market area, ideal for purchasing souvenirs before your departure. Overnight accommodation is provided at a hotel in Kathmandu.
The following day, we will arrange transportation to the airport at your convenience for your international departure.
