Arrival at Kathmandu
You will be picked up by representative of Goreto Treks and transferred to the Kathmandu Eco Hotel by our private tourist vehicle. You have the free evening and overnight at hotel.

Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1503M) [7-8hrs]
After breakfast, our staff will pick you from your hotel and drop you to the bus station. Then we will hop on a bus to Syabrubesi. The ride takes about 8 hrs. We head to north from Kathmandu driving along the Trisuli River and passing through beautiful foothills and the village of Dunche. Syabrubesi is the starting point of the Langtang valley trek.

Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2340m) [5-6hrs]
After enjoying a good breakfast at Syabrubesi, we finally begin our trek towards Gatlang. Our trail today first ascends gently towards the village of Golijung and then descends toward the small Tamang village of Gatlang. We can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery of Ganesh Himal and Langtang Himal.

Trek from Gatlang to Tatopani (2607m) [3-4hrs]
Today, we begin our journey toward Tatopani. The trail today is short passing through scenic views of the Himalaya and small traditional Tamang villages. Tatopani translates to hot springs in Nepali. The village owns some of Nepal’s beautiful hot springs.

Trek from Tatopani to Thuman [2338m) [4-5hrs]
Today, we trek from Tatopani to Thuman while passing through Brimdang village and Nangthali. We reach Thuman after a trek of 4-5 hours. Thuman is a Tibetan influenced village with Tamang settlement. The houses and monasteries are beautifully decorated in Tibetan style.
We overnight at Thuman.

Trek from Thuman to Briddim (2229m) [6-7hrs]
The trail today descends toward Briddhim, a small Buddhist village sitting at the lap of Langtang Himal. At Briddim village we can experience the Tamang hospitality with house stay and much more.
There are beautiful ancient monastery and stone houses with reflect the Tibetan influence.

Trek from Briddim to Lama Hotel (2470m) [5-6hrs]
From Briddim we trek towards Lama Hotel joining the trail of the Langtang valley trek. We first descend towards Rimche and then gently climb towards Lama Hotel while breathing in fresh mountain air and enjoying the scenery of the Langtang Himal range.

Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3430m) [5-6hrs]
From Lama Hotel we start our trek to enter the Langtang Village. While enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery and passing through several small villages, gentle waterfalls we will ascend towards the old village of the Langtang valley. The mountain scenery from Langtang Valley is exceptional. You will be able to see snowcapped peaks of Langtang Himal range like Langtang Lirung (7227M).Overnight at a guesthouse in Langtang village.

Trek from Langtang Village to Kyangjin Gompa (3870M) [3-4hrs]
After a good breakfast we will start our journey towards Kyangjin Gompa. Our trail today gently ascends while following beautifully stone carved mani walls and several wooden brigdes. Kyangjin Gompa is an ancient Buddhist monastery that truly reflects the Tibetan influence on the region. It is a spiritual place which breathtaking scenery of icy glaciers and the Himalayas. Overnight at Kyangjin Gompa.

Rest day at Kyangjin Gompa and Hike to Tsergo-Ri (4984M) / Kyangjin Ri(4773M)
Today is the day we explore Kyangjin Gompa. You can decide whether to ascend to Kyangjin Ri (4773M) or Tserko Ri (4984M), the highest elevation of the entire trek. Both the peaks provide beautiful panoramic view of the Langtang range. The sunrise as seen from these peaks is awe inspiring.
Later on we descend back to Kyangjin Gompa. We will visit the beautiful monastery and enjoy the spectacular views of the mighty Himalayas. We will also visit the famous cheese factory of the region while enjoying the view so the yak pastures, glaciers and birds. Overnight at Kyangjin Gompa.

Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2470m) [6-7hrs]
After a good breakfast we trace our steps back to Lama Hotel via Langtang village. Our trail passes through forests of pine and oaks alongside a beautiful mountain river and several Tamang settlements. Our journey takes about 6-7hrs. Overnight at Lama Hotel.

Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (1600m) [5-6hrs]
Today, we trek from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi our ending point of the trek. Our trail descends towards Syabrubesi leaving the beautiful Himalayas behind.

Drive from Syabrubesi back to Kathmandu [7-8hrs]
Today we will hop on a bus back to Kathmandu. The ride takes about 8 hrs, passing through beautiful foothills and villages.
In the evening you can take a short walk around Thamel if you need to purchase some souvenirs to take back to your country. We will provide you a fully sponsored farewell dinner for your great achievement in successfully completing the Trek at a restaurant of your choice or our home. Stay overnight in hotel.

Final departure at the Airport.
