Glimpse of Langtang Valley Trek

Arrival in Kathmandu. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, We will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport. You will be transferred to Trishuli same day. It is 70KM Drive from Kathmandu which will take about 3 hours. The road rises as soon as one comes out of Kathmandu and clears a small collar in Kakani, to 2145m. If weather is clear then panorama view of II Annapurna, Manaslu and the massif of the Ganesh Himal. We dive then between terraces of the large valley of the Trisuli, to arrive to the thick borough of Trisuli Bazaar (548 m). Stay overnight at Trishuli.

After breakfast we will drive to Syabrubensi and start hiking towards Lama hotel 2470m upon completing our lunch.The march begins in the middle of the rice fields. The terraces, very regular, stack up on the side, silent. A suspended bridge crosses the Langtang Khola. On the strand opposite, pleasant progression in the middle of a dense forest of pines, oaks and bamboos. Be attentive, the herds of Langur monkeys live in the forest in number, as well as several multicolored bird varieties. Complete day dedicated to discover the high valley of the Langtang. The Kinjing Ri, from where one discovers a large circular view, impose himself like belvédère: Langtang Lirung (7 246 m), Naya Kanga (5 846 m), Dorje Lakpa (6 966 m), Langshisa Ri (6 427 m) and far away the summit of the Shishapangma (8 013 m). The round-trip constitutes a beautiful day of efforts, but the land doesn’t include any other difficulties that the altitude. A less sporty alternative consists in carrying up the valley to reach the high pastures of estive of Langshisha Karka.

Continuation of the coming down. Shortly after the stage of the first evening, we bifurcate in direction of the superior village of Shyabru. The path rises in balcony. Morning sight-seeing tour of Monkey Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square, later transfer to the Airport for final Departure of first Group and the Second Group will be continuing the sightseeing of Pashupati Nath and Boudha Nath.

Leisure morning and later we will visit the School in Kathmandu and have lunch with Children. Spent some time in School teaching students and sharing the experience. Free Afternoon for last minute shopping.
